Cancellation and refund policy

 

Tax and Super Australia and TAI Practitioners & Advisers Limited (TAIPAL) reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel any product advertised for publication and sale.

Note that membership subscriptions of both Tax and Super Australia and TAI PAL are non-refundable. This cancellation and refund policy applies only to publications, events such as seminars, webinars and discussion groups, binders, webinar recordings.

For events such as seminars, webinars and discussion groups, an administration fee of $50 applies to cancellations received at least five clear working days before the event. No refund is available for cancellations received within five working days, however paid bookings can be transferred to another event, or a substitute delegate is welcome.

Tax and Super Australia and TAI PAL cannot take responsibility for a customer's change of mind, however reasonable return and refund requests will be considered. These are however at the discretion of Tax and Super Australia and TAI PAL. Note that:

  • Products may be returned for refund or exchanged within 14 days of original purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Paper publication refunds are accepted only if the products are undamaged and in perfect condition. Books cannot be soiled, highlighted, written on, have cracked spines.
  • We will exchange items deemed defective.
  • Customers are responsible for checking the condition of their products when received. Tax and Super Australia and TAI PAL is not responsible for the condition of the item once it has been dispatched.
  • All refunds are done by EFT or by cheque by request.
  • CPD hours will only be allocated to the person registered as the user of the product or event purchased, and are not transferable.
  • A replacement subscriber may be nominated if requested in writing during the term of the subscription, with reasonable explanation. This decision remains at the discretion of Tax and Super Australia and TAI PAL.
  • Tax and Super Australia and TAI PAL reserve the right to charge a minimal administration fee when replacement arrangements are made.
